Job Description :
- Driving the brand impact, customer relationship and communication design for India region across the agro chemical portfolios of the organisation.
- Heading the customer and digital function for the Agri business group along with channel partner engagement.
- Leading all customer initiatives as well as business processes linked to the same.
- Conceptualizing and deploying customer programs with a digital backbone to ensure maximum impact on the engagement levels of various customers.
- Customer support and bridging the gap between lab innovations/ideas and customer level applications.
- Heading the marketing and consumer function including promotion, brand development, sales development, customer relationship and engagement through optimal use of ATL, BTL and mobile marketing.
- Spearheading and analysing customer behaviour change by driving acquisitions on the mobile application for a true e commerce experience.
- Responsible for concept marketing, strategic planning and execution, communication design and deployment, brand perception enhancement, innovation management and improving access mechanisms for faster acquisition of customers to this unique network.

- Merchandising
- Process management and product/service development.
Qualification And Experience :
i. BSc (Agr} & MBA with Experience of 10+ Years in Agrochemical Industry & having exposure in Marketing, Brand & Communication & developing strong brands
ii. 5-6 years of hardcore brand management with top companies and handle category Job Knowledge of agriculture is an advantage.
iii. Effective communicator with excellent relationship building ability / Out of the box thinker / Strategic / Result oriented
iv. Be able to work under pressure in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
v. Have an excellent eye for detail and be creative.
vi. Be able to multitask and achieve results through managing others.
vii. Be proactive, willing and be an excellent communicator.
