Job Description:

Leading and managing brand sourcing team for on-boarding international brands to the platform. leading new initiatives & strategic partnerships and accelerating revenue growth for e-platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing brand sourcing team for on-boarding international brands to the platform

- Managing vendors, commercials closure, negotiations, marketing activations coordination and planning go-live activations for the brands

- Leading e-commerce department and managing the digital team

- Coordinating and planning with marketing division, inventory planning team as well as ops for smooth and efficient functioning

- Responsible for monthly and annual strategy and P&L planning

- Launch domestic & international brands across makeup, hair & skincare category.

- Leading key product launches and marketing strategy for online platform. Develop D2C model for the brand.

- Responsible for P&L management and targets

Desired Skill set

- Degree with 15+ years of experience in cosmetics and skin care product in brand management, business development, key account management, brand sourcing and P/L management.

- Well versed with brand management, brand operations and brand sourcing for online platform

- At least 5 + years of Team handling experience.

- Have managed Brand and category performance.
