Seeking a strategic, creative and analytical Marketer to build and execute the brand and digital marketing strategy for our client. As Head of Brand Marketing , you will build and grow a brand our customers will value. You will Leverage market research and consumer insights to guide Positioning and messaging recommendations and maintain brand consistency in multi channel communications.

Brand Management :

1) Develop high impact national campaigns

2) Create and define brand positioning and the annual marketing calendar

3) Responsible for brand studies and measurement of brand KPIS and monitoring adherence.

4) Interface with business/product teams to influence the pipeline of products and propositions

5) Initiate consumer research and unearth sights from primary and secondary focus to sharpen the strategic direction

6) Lead the brand design and visual identity strategy

7) Rich experience in digital strategy, building digital campaigns, digital engagements and content Marketing

Integrated Communications and Media Planning :

1) Develop creative strategy and development in traditional media working with creative agencies

2) Develop creative briefs and insights for brand/ business to achieve targeted business goals.

3) Management of workflow and timelines for development of ATL Campaigns

4) Develop marketing/media mix of campaigns and innovative contract path for reaching out to consumers closely working with media/event teams

5) Achieve Campaign level brand and customer matrics

6) Support Business and various innovative marketing collaterals, selling materials and visibility tools

Partnership and Association :

1) Identify partnership opportunities for parent brand and lead strategy planning and communications for a new existing associations

2) Lead the overall digital strategy, on ground activation, activity planning and execution, innovation, media planning across ATL, BTL and digital platforms

3) Formulate the digital strategy and focus on digital innovation for generating maximum participation and engagement
