KRA :
- Build an engaging brand narrative to build a strong global identity for the company
- Lead, develop and evolve a global brand and design strategy to strengthen our brand recognition in the market
- Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders to identify customer segments, to define messaging strategy & to design marketing campaigns & communication plans
- Evaluate current brand performance & drive increased brand awareness through marketing efforts such as website development, presence in trade shows, content curation/creation and sales & suppliers' collateral
- Monitor & analyse the competitive landscape to determine where our brand and products fit over time, where to target customers/buyers and how to have the greatest impact for our brand and business & tailor the branding based on such insights
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media & drive compliance with branding guidelines and communication standards.
Who are we looking for?
- Graduates/Post Graduates from IITs/IIMs/Other Tier 1 B-schools or Engineering colleges
- Folks with 4-10 years of professional experience in B2B Marketing at SaaS companies/B2B Start-ups (or) Brand Management at FMCG Companies. Preferred experience between 4-6 years.
- First principle thinkers with creativity, a strong business acumen, obsession with customer success & a proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value
