Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive market share growth.
- Lead market research efforts to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize consumer insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and communication initiatives.
- Integrate our marketing efforts across ATL, Online and On Ground initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Forecast performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- NPDs: Conceptualise, design and launch NPDs basis consumer Insights.
- Market Research and Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities. Skill in analysing data and extracting actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Consumer Insights and Segmentation: Expertise in gathering and interpreting consumer insights to understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and needs. Capability to segment the target audience and tailor marketing plans accordingly.
- Brand Management: Understanding of brand DNA, brand strategy and integrated brand campaigns
- Cross Functional Skills: Ability to collaborate and manage working in cross functional teams
