The Head Brand is the custodian of the Brand - this includes Brand definition, Brand guidelines & QC on Brand execution. This role is responsible for all ATL & Campaign content ideation & creation, Media buying, managing of lead Creative agency & media planning/ buying agency
Key challenges Marketing:
a) Building strong brand recall with diverse customers through innovative and effective marketing campaigns
b) Driving walk ins by improvising region wise/ season wise initiatives
c) To compete with similar formats and to create a differentiation by effective marketing strategy
KRAs :
- Financial Initiatives for top line contribution
- Translate brand strategy into relevant and powerful communication campaigns
- Work closely with all cross functional teams (Category, Sales) to understand their marketing requirements and cohesively integrate diverse plans
- Agency Management
Candidate profile required -
Diversity candidates from Premier B Schools only (2012/13/14 batch) currently working as a Brand custodian in a well known Consumer centric brand.
