The BL would be responsible for building personal care and strategize, implement brand design excellence across all communication pieces.
Strategic Communication Development:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies across different categories, mediums, and tailor it to suit varying category frameworks.
- The BL would also support the Category and Brand teams on unique and customized strategies.
Consumer Engagement:
- Actively interact with mothers and new parents, gaining insights into their needs, preferences, and concerns. Use these interactions to inform and shape communication and product development.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviour. Translate these insights into actionable strategies to strengthen the brand position.
Brand Representation:
- Represent the Personal carebrand in various forums and platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand strategy and communication.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and communication strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
