- As the Head of Brand & Corporate Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping the corporate brand's identity, storytelling, and market presence by executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- You will lead a talented team of creatives and marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. This role oversees the development brand campaigns, creates and maintains brand guidelines, defines brand messaging, and manages the visual identity and tone of voice. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in brand marketing within the B2B space.
- This role is based out of our Mumbai office (hybrid or remote in another city in India) and will report into the CMO.
What You'll Do:
- Grow and elevate the brand positioning and messaging to differentiate our solutions and create a unique value proposition;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain and ensure the brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels, including, but not limited to, email, influencer, organic social, and paid social, as well as overseeing (and sometimes writing) copy across all channels;
- Drive brand awareness through website and social media channels and maintain channels according to our brand guidelines
- Lead the development and strategy of creative campaigns, thought leadership content, and assets that effectively communicate the brand's story and values, as well as drive brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion;
- Shift the perception of the company brand in the market from BPO provider to a leading provider of productized services
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and customer insights, adjusting brand strategies as needed to meet goals
- Manage and negotiate licensing and high-profile partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand visibility, affinity, and credibility, while ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with our brand values;
- Collaborate with customer experience and product development to ensure that every touchpoint reflects our brand values and enhances the overall experience;
- Lead and develop high-performing creatives and marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability; provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and goals.
What You'll Need:
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing roles, specifically within the B2B services or technology space
- 4+ years of experience specifically in a leadership and people management role
- Degree in Marketing or Communications
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth
- Strong expertise and track record in brand marketing
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative marketing opportunities
- Strong interest in industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to pinpoint new avenues for brand expansion and innovation
- An individual with experience working both in a creative individual contributor role, as well as in a leadership role
- Comfort and flexibility to embrace new ideas within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to embody and exercise company's Core Values in all facets of the business
