TITLE: Head - Brand, Communications, and Experiences
LOCATION: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
ROLE:
As the Head - Brand, Communications, and Experiences at Institute, you will lead the charge in shaping our institution's narrative as a beacon of excellence in advanced manufacturing education and training. You will spearhead initiatives to elevate Institute's reputation among stakeholders, including students / prospects, academic and non-academic staff and partners, media fraternities, industrial bodies, multinational corporations, government establishments, and beyond. Your leadership will establish institute as one of the most reputable educational institutions in the country and position us as synonymous with advanced manufacturing education. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Brand Leadership:
a. Develop a comprehensive brand strategy to establish Institute as a thought leader in advanced manufacturing education and training.
b. Define and communicate Institute's unique value proposition and brand positioning to internal and external stakeholders.
c. Drive initiatives to enhance brand recognition and reputation among students / prospects, academic and non-academic staff and partners, media fraternities, industrial bodies, multinational corporations, government establishments, and other stakeholders.
2. Strategic Communications:
a. Lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to amplify Institute's presence and impact.
b. Cultivate relationships with media fraternities, trade bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure positive coverage and representation of Institute.
c. Develop and oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels to effectively communicate Institute's mission, values, and achievements.
3. Experiential Leadership:
a. Design and implement innovative experiential initiatives to enhance stakeholder engagement and perception of the Institute brand.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create immersive experiences that showcase Institute's state-of-the-art facilities and dynamic learning environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
2. Proven experience in strategic brand management, communications, and experiential leadership
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
