Job Description :
- The client is looking for a Head of Brand & Communication, who can lead the function and build a strong strategy around the organization's vision & goals.
- We are looking for someone to manage the Brand & Communication piece. Communication would be a bigger piece while some efforts will go into brand marketing. Category Managers and Business Heads would be driving more category specific campaigns while overall the client campaigns like a movie or web series partnership can be driven by this Central Team. We can also include PR as a part of the KRAs
Required Skills :
- Master's in Business Administration or a specialization in branding & communication, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in brand and digital management.
- Experience in managing communication teams with proven track record of working across multiple streams and delivering projects under tough timelines
- Ability to set and measure quantitative targets for himself/herself and the team across the marketing channel
- Creativity, ability to think beyond what competitors and other ed- tech players are doing to introduce a competitive edge for the client
- Excellent Communication skills - able to take complex information and effectively communicate both in verbal as well as visual formats
- Obsession over quality of work
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Reporting Structure :
This role will be reporting into the CEO/ Co-Founder
