Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional as Brand & Communication Head who is a great problem solver who is an entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker and excited about ensuring that the desired process is created and followed in letter and spirit while managing the interests and objectives of various stakeholders, which may at times be overwhelmingly complex. You will lead the brand strategy and execution roadmap across the following themes

(1) WHO - defining the brand

(2) WHAT - own the communication & creative strategy

(3) HOW - lead GTM planning & execution to drive brand & business outcomes.

In addition, you will drive the marketing innovation agenda to strengthen the perception across the brand key pillars & influence the product road map.

What will you do?

- Brainstorming new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication, leading to quick-test pilots to increase relevant user traffic.

- Define an effective communication personalisation strategy basis user behavior on the platform and deploy recency, frequency and monetary value based optimisations.

- Design branding, positioning, partnering with the creative teams to advise on compelling ad copies (Images & content) for various mediums and channels, developing test ideas, and managing A/B testing.

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

- Coordination and execution in all areas of the marketing mix including creative strategy, media planning and buying, research, brand strategy, sponsorship strategy, digital marketing

- Develop brand positioning, the customer value proposition that resonates and connects with customers.

- Partner with UX research, customer support and engage customers proactively to understand & articulate the voice of the customer.

- Develop and execute GTM (Go to Market) strategies with customer-centric targets, experimentation tactics and measurable RoI.

- Translate product intent into compelling narratives, customer value propositions, positioning & messaging based on customer and competitive insights.

- Create high impact creative briefs (e.g. PR, FAQ, Blogs, New Product introductions etc.) that are inspiring, compelling and visionary.

- Communicate the value proposition of our products to the sales team and work with the design team to develop the sales materials and tools that support the selling process.

- Foster strong relationships & influence company-wide leadership & drive cross-functional alignment with product management, marketing, design and growth.

What do you have?

- 7+ years of marketing experience, MBA from Premier institute preferred.

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

- Experience managing teams

- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

- Should have built brands from scratch as well as worked on scaled-up large brands.

- Must be comfortable operating at different levels in the organization and across various teams - retail, creative, finance, analytics, product and so on.

- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.

- Ability to think and influence both quantitatively and qualitatively.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and persuade leadership.
