Job Description
Looking for strategic, data driven and digital experienced Marketer with an innovative mindset to lead the Brand, Social Media & Strategic Alliances.
Key Responsibilities -
Brand
- Design, lead and execute the brand & communications strategy to strengthen brand, build on brand equity, create the pull and deliver customer acquisition, business and engagement goals.
- Enhance brand presence across all digital platforms for enhancing brand reach and recall resulting in increase in market share
- Lead the team to plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns for brand and events charter. Develop, run, and analyse high-growth, 360-degree clutter-breaking, innovative campaigns across multiple platforms with an emphasis on data-driven decisions.
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns from agency briefs to creative development, media planning, campaign execution and measurement.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
- Managing campaigns for web & app user acquisition across paid search, affiliate, display, social media & more
- Identifying the key drivers of a robust SEO strategy and create a plan to scale organic search traffic and conversions (app downloads)
- Work with analytics teams to define campaign performance metrics, track performance during campaign and work with the team to derive post campaign learnings and formulate future course of action
- Leverage market research and consumer insights to guide positioning and messaging recommendations and maintain brand consistency in multi-channel communications
- Responsible for Annual Brand Calendar that includes Brand Advertising, Promotions, Public Relations, Tactical sponsorships and events
- Collaborate & Coordinate with stake holders across Content, Corp Strat, Legal, Compliance, Product, Tech, Research, Sales, Revenue teams to drive brand agenda
- Responsible for internal stakeholder management, making presentations, building narratives and approving strategic marketing directions with leadership Social Media
- Own the social media strategy which includes content creation, ORM, & monthly calendars
- GTM - Campaign development, plan, execute and deliver basis set KPI
- Drive and ensure building engagement for the company on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, forum and blog. Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community.
- Ensuring reaching out, interacting with customers, community members to grow and keep the community alive
- Collaborate with a range of partners like creative agencies, influencers, and platforms to identify and implement impactful and creative solutions to further the brand
- Manage creative, media & influencer agencies to plan and execute campaigns
- Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings
- Collaborate internally and externally to ensure key brand campaigns, activations and moments are amplified via social channels.
- Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space.
Strategic Alliances
- Work closely on strategies and directions for Alliances & Partnerships that would amplify business
- Develop a deep understanding of value creation from an alliance. Critically analyze go/no-go decision for an alliance
- Manage end to end partner relationships - conversation, negotiation, contracting and execution
- Drive business relationships with a top alliance partner and related product offering areas
- Plan for the consistent growth in key business metrics in line with company objectives
- Develop a feedback loop to continuously improve the experience for partners
Capabilities
- Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in building brands, managing large scale digital campaign and media mandates across consumer tech, financial services and internet brands
- Strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibility
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
- Strong customer obsession
- Team building and management experience of at least 8-10 year's
- Experience of having worked on financial brands is a plus
- Deep understanding and knowledge of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem.
- Possess strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to influence others, a passion for marketing, strong cross-functional leadership and keen business acumen
- Empathetic, patient and open-minded to the viewpoints of others in order to build and support team collaboration. Ability to mold and add to overall team development and growth
- Self-motivated, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
