Our client is a Startup - an ex-IIM-McKinsey-founder-led funded startup based in Gurgaon aiming to disrupt the FMCG space by creating a large digital-first brand in India. As they ramp up a product line across FMCG categories and build their own brand, they are looking for a Head of Brand and Categories to join the founding team.
- Ideally, they are looking for someone who has expertise in brand management at a reputed FMCG company - with experience across category development, brand strategy and consumer marketing.
The individual will be required to drive all brand creation and communication. Help them at the early stages of brand creation by :
- Defining the brand strategy and implementation
- Drive consumer insights and portfolio development along with sourcing partners
- Lead portfolio P&L
- Driving the execution of all brand-related work and creation of all collateral
- Setting up the in-house communication, PR, and communication teams
- Ideally, someone who has in-depth brand-building experience, in the cosmetics / household goods space.
