Head - Brand Building & Special Events - Media

- Identify strategic initiatives which will position the Organisation as the dominant player in the Leadership space

- Take total charge & responsibility for conceptualization, organization, implementation and co-ordination of all profile building special events like - The leadership Oration Series, Lectures, Debates etc. in all its aspects

- Organise major high profile Conferences, Summits in all aspects

- Anchor institution of Leadership Awards

- Catalyse high visibility of the Centre in all types of Media (Print, electronics Social etc)

- Anchor the publication of a - Leadership Journal- and other communications

- Raise sponsorships/ funds for all the above events/initiatives

Desired Candidature :

- Candidates with exceptional Track Record in Brand / Profile Building Preferably in Media Houses

- Candidates with Proven Skills in Organising and Executing High profile Fund Raising Initiatives

- Must have excellent Networking and Communications Skills

- Must have Demonstrate ability to generate and execute High Profile Fund Raising events

- Exposure in Arranging / Organising and Managing Leadership Development events would be a great advantage

- Minimum Experience required for this Role is 10 yrs. and max is 15 yrs.
