Role Summary:

We're looking for a Head of Branding & Marketing to build the brand from the ground up. This role involves developing marketing strategies, brand storytelling, and driving growth through creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Development: Create and maintain a strong, distinctive brand identity.

- Marketing Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

- Content & PR: Lead content strategy, PR activities, and develop marketing materials like case studies and blogs.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop campaigns to increase trust and engagement among farmers and traders.

- Performance Tracking: Measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and optimize for ROI.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-12 years in branding and marketing (B2B/Agritech/FMCG/Startups preferred).

- Proven track record of launching and scaling brands.

- Strong digital marketing and content creation expertise.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in agribusiness or rural marketing.

- Background in growth marketing or community building.

- Understanding of regional languages and rural consumer behavior.
