Job Description :
Brand and marketing ownership for Company with the responsibility to deliver top-line growth using all forms of marketing and advertising activities across all channels cutting across TV, Print, Digital, Mobile and any other customer and stakeholder touch points.
Good understanding on how to leverage digital channels for branding and marketing and for growth
Responsible for building and owning the consumer research and insights processes and tools from a marketing perspective.
Constant Market Research / Deep dive activities to ensure Market Share is maintained, Identifying areas of opportunity for driving growth which helps the top line Formulating Brand Plans to meet Business objective
Handle various business partners and vendors effectively and efficiently to deliver the required growth - this includes creative agencies, media agencies, Event agency, production houses, digital agencies etc.
Expert as understanding the creative aspects of building commercials, TVCs, digital videos, storyboards etc.
Ability to innovate & constantly evolving marketing landscape and ensure that we are front-runners in coming up with new styles and modes of communication and media and also touch upon growth hacking techniques.
Pivotal in improving customer engagement with the product through focused market research and using the resultant analysis to devise the future product roadmap.
Establish and manage brand collaborations and partnerships at the National level.
Build consultative co-marketing partnership models leveraging data-driven insights and having deep understanding of business models and their consumer journey
Determining the appropriate methods and systems of metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness.
Effectively communicating our value proposition to Prospective partners & end customers
Need to thrive in a collaborative environment, while also being able to manage multiple projects
Drive acquisition through Partnerships and grow brand awareness while maximizing efficiencies and monitor customer journey experience
Should be well-networked in the across the industry.

Should have good presentation & communication skills
Aptitude for digital channels and analytics
Strong project & vendor management skills
Preferred with experience in a creative agency.
Strong understanding of online marketing ecosystem and deep understanding of all online marketing channels
Proven track record of planning and driving successful Partnership/Alliance in the digital eco system
Familiarity with digital marketing campaign management, and reporting tools.
Excellent client and interpersonal skills, with a flexible attitude
Thought leader with a solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics in the digital media, commerce, advertising, mobile, and high-tech industries
Develop high impact pitch presentations/ AVs to bring the proposition alive with key stakeholders.
