Geographic coverage- PAN India
Base Location- Mumbai
Experience- Required 10+ Years experience in Branch Banking sales & strategy/ Branch channel efficiency.
Job Role:- Enable capability building & strategize initiatives across Branch Banking to improve the productivity & efficiency of the branch banking sales team.
- Productivity enhancement, including devising strategies towards cross sale of bank products to the client base.
- Be the key bridge between sales teams and other stakeholder's i.e product & operations to drive assigned business targets of sales, cross sell and banks strategic objectives.
- Design & enable sales process with business channel and product support teams.
- Align branch banking budget and resource level planning. Monitor key KIPs of the stakeholders and drive efficiency based on KPIs.
- Coach & empower managers / employees across branch banking to lead any desired organizational transformation by developing capability building frameworks.
- New branch/network expansion staffing & profitability.
- Drive direct cross sell initiatives (e.g. gold loan & CC) and other loan products to improve branch efficiency & profitability.
- Drive a service to sales ecosystem & culture to drive up the daily sales by resource in line with business objectives.
