Leading teams through a robust Bid Management process to achieve all required steps and approvals to meet client strict and tight deadlines.
Liaising with multiple functional teams to coordinate and contribute directly to the development and delivery of quality proposals in response to business opportunities.
Interfacing with various functional groups to obtain information required for proposals, compile submissions and review to ensure consistency and completeness
Proven experience in managing and winning large bids, RFIs, RFP responses across Technology and Consulting in multiple engagement models.
Ability to understand and work as a leader of virtual team. Exposure to all phases of deal closure.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to read large amounts of information in a short time
Strong Organizational, Leadership, Facilitation and project management skills.
Summary of the position:
- 10-15 years leading a Bid Management Team.
- Location : Chennai or Noida
- Good experience responding to Bids related to IT services
- Will report to Global Sales Head .
- Focus in responding to Bids in UK, US & Singapore (some India).
- Good experience in managing a Bid Team and working with Tech/Practice SMEs.
