Head - BD - Working Capital Lending/Trade Finance

- Minimum 10-12 years experience in a high energy environment of sales and marketing.

- Experience should be in service relating to trade finance, commercial banking or working capital lending activity. Extensive experience on the asset mobilization side in SME Sector.

- Responsible for development of business strategies of the company

- Responsible for driving the Business Development effort with a view to grow existing business and establish new market

- Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies to assist company in attaining revenue goals and creating Brand awareness

- Responsible for assessing current market trend and giving suggestions for product improvement / new products development based on company’s risk appetite

- Responsible for preparing target Market list within Company Policy

- Responsible for developing business plan and reporting performance to Management

- Responsible for building a high energy professional team of relationship managers

- Responsible for setting targets and management of sales effort to meet or exceed business goals

- Responsible for bringing on profitable relationships and business that meets or exceeds the company's credit standards
