About our Client - Our Client is one the leading Chemicals company with a significant global presence. They are known for their wide portfolio of products. They are looking to hire a Head Business Development to drive their business in India
Job Description - Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Formulating Business Strategies and preparation of 3-5 year Business plans and budgets
- Identifying opportunities to enhance introduction of value added and specialty products
- Managing strategic relationships with Key Accounts
- Identifying market opportunities and enable new product development
- Exploring new business opportunities
- Leading and developing a team
The Successful Candidate - You should have an MBA from a reputed Business School, and have at least 12 years of experience in the Chemicals industry. In addition, you should have strong strategic and analytical ability. Further, you should be well versed with tools such as indexing based costing and Market Intelligence. Also, you should have strong negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
