Job Description & Skill Sets:

We are looking for Head, Business Development Manager. Prime responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives

2. Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development.

3. Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity.

4. Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business.

5. Generating new accounts as well as expanding existing ones.

6. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Optimal Solutions and awareness of the competition.

7. Develop proposals in response to RFPs and direct sales efforts.

8. Possess strong presentation skills and ability to prepare and deliver business presentations to clients and vendors.

9. Experienced in prospecting, and developing relationships at Senior Executive levels, in small, mid level, and enterprise level accounts.

10. The ability to plan, organize and manage sales effort in identified accounts, as well as cold calling.

11. Work with technology team for sharing feedback and enhancing product offering.

12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

13. Should have proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, we require an entrepreneurial perspective head.
