Head Business Development – Interior Workplace

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to Senior Director

Primary Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop Business opportunities for Interior Workplace in the South Region.

- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those companies that can be our potential customers

- To be responsible for the regions booking target as per the business plan

- Contracts management

- Key Clients Relationship Management- mapping of the CRM plan/calendar through project cycle and being involved till hand over

- Repeat business from key clients

- Collaborating with other business unit heads/directors/BDM's for the regions business

- Working with the Director on other regions as West/East as and when required

- Collaborating with PR team for regional/National industry events participation

- Build referral and lead generation network

- Keeping track of the market developments & potential customers

Skills & Knowledge:

- Very well versed with Microsoft Office. .

- Excellent communication skills with excellent command on both written & spoken English.

- Pleasing personality.

- Ability to work under pressure.
