Head Business Development (Domestic)
- Must be able to network and develop market intelligence for generating leads.
- Responsible for building & developing strong contacts within the sector. Continuously fosters and develops the relationship for on-going sales.
- Responsible for hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from PAN India.
- Formulate & implement short & long term Sales & Marketing strategies/plans for the sales of service lines with Datamatics. Participate in strategic sales and marketing planning and trade planning by analyzing business, service, competitors and market situations.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in achieving individual & team targets.
- Evaluate team’s capabilities including developing training plans for each member of the team and recommend the same to the Head of Sales.
- Assess division’s resourcing requirement, identify new hires and make recommendations to the CEO.
Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing with minimum of 12+ year of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 Years working experience as Managerial/Supervisory role for Domestic market.
