Role: Head - Business Development and Client Servicing

Broad Role Responsibilities

- Plan and initiate programs to determine trends, industry needs, and customer preferences, to optimize product and service offerings.

- Develop and execute both short and long range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management, to ensure the profitability and growth of the company's offerings.

- Formulate and recommend plans, policies, goals and objectives for the organization's sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets.

- Establish, lead tracking practices and procedures, and to monitor lead tracking program to ensure maximum development of lead potential by Sales Department.

- Monitor effectiveness of sales and after sales efforts in context of business plans and strategies, and recommend improvements where required.

Characteristics and Qualifications

- Education: Post Graduate in Management Studies from Tier I management institute with specialisation in Sales & Marketing.

- Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of 4 years of experience with managerial responsibility. A considerable knowledge of marketing, sales and operations is required. Conceptual understanding of digital marketing industry will be preferred.

- Other Abilities and Skills: Must have above average abilities to meet and communicate effectively with existing clients and potential clients at all levels. Must be able to communicate very clearly both orally and in writing. Must have the initiative to work with a minimum of supervision and guidance.
