Head - Banking Compliance - Wholesale

- Leading a team and responsible for compliance of Wholesale Banking and SMEAG group of the Bank.

- Assessment of compliance risk in credit proposals put up by various business Group.

- Responsible for implementation of RBI guidelines relating to Loans and advances, project finance, refinance, stressed assets and FEMA.

- Coordination with Business teams for closure of RBI inspection related matters.

- Ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines on Refinancing and Flexible Structuring of Project Loans, SDR, JLF and S4A guidelines and prudential matters.

- Permanent invitee to Committee of Executive Directors and credit Committee.
