Accountable for Back Office ( Loan Registration) Process for the Zone

Handles Outgoing Payment processes like- Disbursement to the Dealerships, Customers & Over-payment Refund.

Responsible for Incoming Payments processes- Payment Channels- Auto Debit, online & Cash Channels.

Development of new Payment Channels to provide wide coverage, economical & Cash payment options to the customers.

Prepares Payment Channel strategy for the organization.

Vendor Management

Helps in increasing Customer Satisfaction at all levels of the journey.

Digital Payments and solutions.

Implementation of digital payments solutions.

Process KPIs, SLAs & Quality:

Ensure the SLAs met for all the processes.

Ensures Quality standards are maintained for all the process.

Provides proactive inputs to improve the quality levels.

Takes out the best productivity by providing the healthy working environment.

Special Projects and Support to SMT:

Runs various projects for Cost saving, process improvements & increase customer satisfaction.

Participates in various projects of other departments./Functions.

Shares ideas as well as best practices to achieve the organization goals

Participates company in their long term strategies

Formulation of Strategies and Policies:

Responsible for formulating business strategies with the heads of different departments.

Assists for formulating various policies for the organization.

Also studies the effects of these strategies and policies. If found ineffective, suggests revisions and its implementation.

Utilization of Funds and Resources:

Controls the procurement of resources. Also informs the finance department regarding projections for expenses and disbursements.

Checks whether the funds and resources are being utilized economically.

Finds new methods that help in achieving the desired outputs in limited funds and resources without affecting the quality of the process.
