Head - B2G (Business to Government)


Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

- Lead B2G domestic sales, targeting public sector and EPC companies in vital sectors like Oil & Gas, Power, Railways, Defense, BFSI, Infrastructures, MNCs etc.

- Develop and implementation sales strategy.

- Must have high-level connects includes with ministry officials.

- Achieve ambitious sales targets of 150 Cr.

- Conducting regular review of sales team to ensure target is achieved by all the members.

- Handling a team size of minimum 10 different Vertical Heads and 4 Regional Managers.

- Launching of new products.

Candidate Requirements:

- Engineering degree is must with MBA preferable.

- Must have experience of selling product / projects to government PSU / EPC companies includes Oil & Gas, Railways, Power, Defense for 15+ years. Knowledge of Fire Fighting equipment & project is must.

- Proven B2G sales track record

- Must have booked order from PSU / EPC companies of Rs. 150 Crs. per annum.

- Must have handled sales team of minimum 15 people of different sectors verticals.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills

- OK for frequent travel (40-50% of the time)

- Fluency in English spoken and written.
