Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the B2C product strategy, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and product definition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our B2C products.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to build and launch high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights on our products, and use these insights to iterate and improve our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2C environment, preferably at a startup.
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing products from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with user research and usability testing, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Passion for creating products that deliver an exceptional user experience and make a positive impact on people's lives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
