Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the forecasted sales goals through both Modern trades, General Trade
- Drive and lead the sales fulfilment and source leads
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
- Manage Customer relationships and retention
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Master in Business Administration or equivalent from premier B schools.
- 7+ years of the overall experience.
- Exposure to F&V segment sales with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in driving B2B sales in HORECA and Modern trade.
- Business Development through forging institutional tie-ups with Hotels, Restaurants, Catering firms, General Trade and Modern Trade for Pan India business, to begin within North and West India
- P&L Management for Domestic Institutional business for Client own products as well as Imported shipments
- Organize/attend conferences to promote Client fresh produce
- Proven expertise in interpreting available data to make business decisions
