Head - B2B Sales - FinTech Startup

We are looking at Head Sales with leading fintech startup for Mumbai & Delhi / NCR locations .

- Candidates with experience in handling Institutional Sales & B2B Sales is a must .

- Institutional & B2B Sales

- Manage PNL and be the revenue owner

- Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with institutes/ Schools and Upsell our other payment products in the institutes like Schools

- Manage PNL and be the revenue owner

- Responsible for the overall sales target in the geography

- Own execution strategy to maximize product coverage in our accounts

- Build and lead a high performing sales team

- Drive team performance by closely working with the team

- Own the hiring and training process
