Head B2B - Sales -Agrochemical Industry
Experience : About 20 to 22 years' Experience in B2B in Agro Chemicals domain is preferred.
Age : 45 to 50 years
Qualification: M.Sc in Agriculture plus MBA is desirable
Key Responsibilities :
- Incumbent will be responsible to work closely with marketing and product development team to Identify, develop and generate leads.
- Explore new business growth opportunities , build strong pipeline of potential new customers in the industry and foster long term client relationship.
- Develop business relationship with key stakeholders and key buyers of potential and existing clients to realise long term and short term business objectives for growth and revenue .
- Good understanding about the overall ecosystem and market trends.
- Effectively manage and nurture customer relationship.
- Skills : Networking skills , Negotiation skills, Contracts, demand generation, customer service
