- Good Knowledge of B2B Apps/ Online products in broking industry
- Encourage Franchisee/Sub Brokers to convert from offline to online products
- Develop an understanding of products to meet the company's current and future needs
- Analyze metrics to constantly improve products
- Assist in achieving short and long-term goals relating to B2B online product growth
- Reactivation of Sub Brokers
