The B2B business have a specific challenge in the area of identifying needs and then building relevant content that will drive individual capabilities and help business delivery too. Individual businesses often have smaller teams and limited investments to build world-class, specific customer centric competency and capability development programs. It is here that a central level intervention with specific skill sets and an ability to transfer capability can be of tremendous value
- Especially areas like Key Account Management, Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Value Proposition and Pricing can add a leap to the way our businesses are perceived by our customers and add value to both sides.
Challenges:
1. Building a common set of B2B practices across diverse businesses
2. Ensuring Rigour while ensuring a bit of flexibility to build relevance to specific businesses.
3. Post workshop/project, implementation of actions finalized by business
4. Sustenance of trained capability with right resources in the business
5. Identifying specific processes that add value will require a high level of partnership with businesses across senior and mid-levels
