Head - Account Management (Large E-commerce Account) b2b
Job Role: Head Account Management will lead the account management team and build relationships with existing clients. develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services , and develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and drive the revenue retention and growth strategy for the business
- Engage with customers to understand the customer business, develop business use cases and provide solutions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Own the end-to-end solution deployment and post-go-live engagement
- Drive adherence to program management processes
- Create synergies in implementation and operational support in collaboration with stakeholders across Tech, Product and Business teams
- Drive continuous process improvement, streamlining of operational support and program execution
- Build a high-performing team and inspire the team to achieve high standards of performance
- Act as key contact/escalation manager for the client, stakeholders, and the business for all service-related matters.
- Be a subject matter expert in the category
