Head IT - AVP or VP - NBFC

We are searching for Head IT for our NBFC Client at Kochi

Role Reports to: CEO

Number of Reportees - Sr. Managers, Developers, System administrators

CTC : 30.00 L to 40 L including variable

Qualification: B.Tech or MCA

Skills and Exposure:

- 15 to 20 years experience out of which at least 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the NBFC/Banking sector.

- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, on budget and on scope.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

Job KRA:

- Plan, implement and manage the IT strategy and budget in alignment with the company's goals and vision.

- Ensure the security, reliability and performance of the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

- Supervise and coordinate the IT staff and vendors and provide guidance and support for their professional development.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes and customer service.

- Manage IT projects and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

- Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners on IT-related matters.

- Oversee the design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and solutions that support the business objectives and needs of the clients and stakeholders.

- Ensures compliance with regulatory and security standards, manage IT budgets and resources, coordinate with external vendors and partners, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the IT team.
