Head/AVP/VP/CTO - Engineering - Online/eCommerce

Job Description :

- Head of Technology leading Inbound and Outbound Supply Chain, Storefront, Analytics & BI, Data Science, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Computer Science degree from a Premier Engineering College

- Hands-on leader, Not an Arm-chair general.

- Previously held Sr Manager/AVP/VP roles in leading e-commerce and marketplace startups. For eg: Amazon, Google, Facebook, Swiggy, Ola, etc

- Previously built, managed, and scaled lean & powerful engineering teams. Demonstrated Senior Manager experience with more than 8 years in similar positions.

- Plans, provide resources for and direct activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors.

- Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.

- Deep Knowledge of Structural Design processes and execution.

- Demonstrated leadership skills to build and lead large teams.

- Demonstrated influencing skills to drive the organization and manage high pace execution environment
