Head/AVP/Vice President - Credit - Micro Finance Segment - Bank

This is regarding the opening with a leading Pvt Bank as an AVP/VP Credit (Micro finance Industry) - Mumbai

Designation : Credit Head

Grade : AVP / VP

Location : Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 3 to 4 Years in MFI with Credit Background.

Job Role :

- Overall management and monitoring of MFI portfolio (Direct, indirect Lending and Investment in Pass through Certificates originated by NBFC-MFIs and SFB- s)

- Detailed financial and business analysis of on balance sheet exposures for NBFC - MFIs and SFBs.

- Detailed evaluation of terms and criteria's for securitization transactions.

- Formulating credit approval criteria's and periodic review of the same for BC relationship of the banks.

- Managing audits and ensuring all the regulatory requirements have been adhered to.

- Monitoring deliverable as set forth by the management.

- Regular Customer and branch/center visits of the Borrowers / BC partners.

- Managing of team
