Job Description :

- This is a Product Development position. {Head Technology (AVP level)}

- Candidates from EdTech industry will be more preferred but IT industry is also a good fit.

- You will take the lead to develop and run multiple Scrum teams doing Traditional Java based monolith architectures

- Upgrade of existing to Cloud Native SaaS products on AWS), and design, develop, maintain the JIRA dashboards and all JIRA artifacts for multiple projects under development.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong technology project management / product development skills in Agile DevOps guided Scrum SDLC, technology depth and people skills. Scrum certification is preferable

- You will create metrics-driven, project status monitoring, reporting and dashboards for the senior management

- BTech/ MTech in Computer Science, Engineering or MCA

- Its preferable to have the hands-on and the technology depth in Cloud Native SaaS product development, micro services design patterns, REST APIs patterns and SPA frontend (React and React-Native PWAs and native mobile applications)

- Passion for continuous learning for new technologies and cloud managed services from AWS, Azure, SaaS etc.

- Innovative mindset, humble, friendly, honest, transparent, and a team player.

- 15 years + of professional experience in the established technology companies

- Communication skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English

- Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
