We are looking for a Senior HR professional who has strong exposure in Talent Management and Training for a large group of employees in the retail sector, for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500.
- They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.
- The ideal person needs to have a Macro level perception who is willing to work on Micro level.
- A senior HR professional with extensive experience in Developing talent, devising Training strategies, Succession planning, communications, coaching, mentor training and execution.
- He/She needs to be a driver of strategy and implementation of talent needs based on company goals. Should be able develop metrics and reports to assess the impact of talent programs, market place trends and talent demands. Should have developed and executed talent plan for all retail entities within parent co.
