Job Description :

- The role will responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of the Site. The role involves strengthening the foundation and overlooking the daily operations across various scientific disciplines and enabling functions

- The client is one of the fastest growing innovation-focused contract research, development and manufacturing organisation providing end-to-end cutting edge solutions to fulfil the Manufacturing and R&d requirements of large pharmaceutical companies

Description :

- The candidate will be leading site of 200 people w.r.t R&d and Operations

- The role will responsible for managing all key business activities related to the site such as operational efficiency, infrastructure, personnel etc. while overseeing the scientific deliverable and efficient running of the facility

- Responsible for end-to-end R&D operations related to Medicinal Chemistry, Biologics Discovery, PKDM and Development functions and integration of these functions to enhance quality of work and productivity

- Contribute towards capability building and manpower hiring of key resources

- Retention of high performers and identification of critical roles and succession plan at the site level; oversee capability building for the team; mentor and groom critical talent

- Overlooking adherence to compliance and monitoring of safety and environment

Profile :

- Candidate should have atleast 15 years of experience in Pharma R&D with at least 5 years specific to managing R&D Operations

- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong growth focused mindset

- Proven track record in client relationship management and customer service delivery

- Soft Skills: Collaborative Mindset, Agile Learner, Creative Thinker, Articulate Communicator
