Job Duties/Responsibilities :
- Lead solution design for all opportunities in Caliber Point's areas of IT+ BPO services (BFSI, HR, Finance and Accounting, Telecom, Healthcare)
- Coordinate and manage responses to RFPs / RFIs / Tenders
- Work closely with Sales, Transition and Operations teams to understand requests for services and ensure bid management team delivers to a high level of internal customer satisfaction
- Responsible for target achievement & growth of the vertical
- Responsible for planning and coordinating various stages in marketing, client acquisition and presales.
- Developing marketing & networking channels to create new service offerings, business and opportunities.
- Developing and monitoring of the annual budget and long-range financial planning and creating new revenue targets
- To provide executive leadership to ensure objectives and goals are accomplished according to strategic business plan.
- To work collaboratively with operations, foundation and support services to provide integrated operational functions.
- To direct strategic and tactical planning, evaluation, development and coordination of the business development team.
Qualifications :
- MBA (required)
- BE (preferable) / Any other graduate qualification
Mandatory Skill Sets :
- 10-14 years Prior experience in Pre Sales / Solution Design in IT+BPO space
Competencies :
- Understanding of Platform BPO solution design
- Understanding of BPO services and operations
- Understanding of outsourcing relationship models, pricing models, Service Level development (preferable)
Work Experience :
- 10-16 years, of which at least 8+ years in the IT, BPO industry
Soft skills required :

- Written, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with senior leadership, both internal and external
Technical Skills :
