Job Title : Head -Marketing (Core Marketing Exp)
Grade Designation : Asst. Vice President
Exp : 15-25 Years
Reporting to : CEO
Industry : Well-known Real Estate
Mandatory : 80%-100% Marketing Role, (A client is not considering sales Exp, looking core marketing candidate)
Desirable Experience :
- 18-25 years of relevant experience in Marketing
- Experience in Real estate sector will be preferred
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should take the accountability & take the ownership
- Prior experience in handling big team
- Well versed with direct & indirect marketing strategies
- Ability to independently take decisions and manage and deliver on the engagements in high pressure environment.
Skills Required : years of overall experience in Marketing, preferably from real estate industry - 10yrs, indoor & outdoor marketing, Design to execution exp required. Team handling
Interview Process : 1st Virtual sales head, F2F with CEO, HR discussion
Detailed Role :
1. Assisting the superiors in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
2. Entails establishing, promoting, and maintaining company's brand to generate business.
3. Ensuring the leads are generated and site visits are done through cold calling by presales team
4. Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate their company's brand message.
5. Train the members in team for every project and share project specific update with management on regular basis.
6. Work with agents, vendors, lawyers, and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.
7. Reviewing the leading status, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status,
8. Executing marketing strategy in collaboration with other members of the sales team.
9. Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
10. Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
11. Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape
12. Advanced computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles
13. Updating knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles
14. Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.
