- As the Branch Manager / Head, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue generation, foster customer acquisition and retention, and ensure cost efficiency by adhering to established processes. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the deposit pool from customers and maintaining superior service standards.
- Additionally, you will lead the promotion of non-deposit products, including mutual funds and insurance, as well as drive fee-based income. Achieving progressively increasing cross-selling targets will be a key performance indicator. Effective branch administration and meticulous regulatory compliance will also be under your purview.
