- Creating and presenting the most consistent, customer relevant brand proposition which drives "brand perception statements" as well as "performance metrics"
- Creating and implementing a holistic marketing strategy and stitching the brand experience with CX, XCM, UX, content, creative, PR, social, channels and enable execution excellence
- Develop an in-depth understanding of end users, their needs and competition and their offerings.
- Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across performance marketing, organic marketing, sales, product management, UX, PR etc. to ensure we have a cohesive approach.
- Plan the regional BTL activation along with the team and ensure implementation across their zone
- Develop & manage relationships with creative and media agencies
- Lead, mentor and build the brand team
Desired Skill Set :
- 5-7 years of experience with premium B School background with proven learning agility
- Top of the line marketing leader with relevant brand marketing experience in scaling up digital companies (Ed-Tech / FinTech / Gaming / Tech Start-Ups etc )
- Ability to lead a team and work with diverse, matrixed stakeholders
- Planned and executed communications and media actions across offline, online and social media
- Should have built brands from scratch as well as worked on scaled up large brands.
