Head - Audit - SOX - Banking

Looking out candidates for audit lead, SOX role:

Responsibilities :

- Establishing an effective risk based audit program for the Global Operations functions.

- Developing, managing and monitoring audit plan budgets and managing the expenses for the team.

- Oversees and manages planning and directing the Global Operations- audit plan for the region, evaluating the risks and controls

- Proactively identifying efficiencies and synergies in operational activities in order to enhance audit coverage and align testing priorities - Developing, managing and monitoring audit plan budgets and managing the expenses for the team

- Overseeing the audit validation process pertaining to Global Operations

- Synthesizing audit results.

- Communicating with regulators and external auditors as required

- CA/MBA with 15+ years of experience in banking sector/Big4 with banking clients is preferred.
