Head - Audit - NBFC

Audit Planning :

1. Discuss with operations to determine prioritization of activity & risk area, staff & branch.

2. Fixation of monthly targets in terms of coverage.

3. Plan & allocate audit staffs to achieve the stated monthly targets.

Audit Execution :

1. Monitor staff presence at various locations.

2. Conduct weekly review meetings & review next week's plan.

3. Investigate issue arising from audits.

4. Prepare audit reports containing Findings, Rectifications & Specific Investigation to be done at branch level & discuss the audit reports on a monthly basis with operations & business head.

Audit - Staff Management :

1. Plan audit staff in conjunction with HR & recruit audit staff as and when required.

2. Training of new staff as well as existing staffs on new modules.

3. Evaluate performance of audit staff.

Audit Design :

1. Prepare Audit Manual in conjunction with Operations Manual and accordingly define risk activity, coverage levels, assigning weights & determining the path to cover all subjects.

2. Create audit meeting forms and workflows to support audited activities.

3. Understand the impact of change in Operations Process on audit & respond with audit changes.

4. Design audit scoring and grading templates.
