Head - Audit - CA - Diversified Group

For a diversified group, we are hiring a Head of Audit.

- CA with 15+ years experience in Large Manufacturing/retail/FMCG organisations,.

- Additional certification in SAP-ERP (FI-CO module) and Qualifications of CISA would be an advantage.

- Looking for candidates in the salary bracket of 40 lacs currently.

- Apart from the Audit responsibilities, the role would also be responsible to Review work-flow related to various projects, business initiatives, purchase of assets / infrastructure, analyse and assess from the various angles of risks, effective utilization and cost-benefit analysis, to recommend or reject the proposal.

- Responsible for verification and assessment prior to approval being accorded for certain expenditures.

- Drive the Internal Audit, ensure compliance to policies, processes and adherence to GAAP / Accounting principles.

- Evaluate and recommend contingent business processes with adequate controls.
