Job Responsibilities:-
- Drive HR Strategies, HR Policies, HR Programs, Learning & Development, Training programs.
- Ability to build close association and interacting with the Leadership team.
- Experience in setting up the HR department from scratch.
- Conceptualizing and implementation of policies for effective management and development of human capital across the organisation.
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal, and Talent Acquisition.
- Designing learning policies for organisation and employee benefit.
- Understand the efficiency of each employee and manage the performance and make the organization future ready by people development
- To streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to develop the organization and improve productivity
- Contribute to the development of Business Strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Should come for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes.
