About Our Client

Job Description

Reporting directly into the Group President, working as a strategic business partner your will role will be:

- To conceptualize, develop and implement asset management strategies, capital plans for the all the existing and upcoming locations. This also includes identifying emerging market and industry trends and effective asset management decision making.

- To study the P&L, identifying revenue opportunities, devising business plans and driving execution to have direct impact to the bottom line. You will regularly interact with the external vendors, developers & business partners with active involvement in deal structuring, restructuring and negotiations.

- Monitor & manage company’s asset issues on a regular basis and provide inputs to the top management on cost effective measures to be adopted

The Successful Applicant

- You must be a CA or MBA Finance (Top Tier B-School) with 8-12 years of experience in the Asset Management, Commercial finance and Business Strategy function.

You must be:

- Well versed with financial analytics and tools to establish asset yield management system in the company.

- Specialist in deal structuring with real estate developers and/or retailers for leasing retail spaces.

- Holding a proven track-record of success and contribution in business expansion, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and a flair for business development.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
