Head - Asset Liability Management - NBFC - CA/CFA

- Overseeing the liability side of the retail balance sheet

- Capital optimisation

- Reduction of non-earning assets

- Finalising ALM

- Maintaining NII/NIM on a sustainable basis

- Finalisation of FTP framework and publishing FTP at the product level

- Projecting COBs in consultation with treasury

- Capital allocation to the verticals with expected returns on capital

- Retail business cash flow management

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in managing the ALM, FTP, capital allocation and treasury mid office

- CA/CFA

- Excellent analytical skills and good understanding of the retail business

- Banking experience would be preferred
